German 7th Army Daily Train Log
When doing unit research, information is pieced together from various sources. Often useful information can be found in Army Group, Army and Corps documents. The file below is a daily train log for the 7th Army for September to December 1944. The log shows troop train arrival dates, time and location. It is detailed enough to show the actual units being transported. With this daily log you can determine the specific date that a unit arrived in a given area. These are a very interesting and useful set of documents, hope they are of interest.
